1. Our intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the following belong to Vinathletic LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws:

The original artwork, illustrations, graphics, typography, and product designs sold on kickoffcove.com
Product photographs, mockups, and images we create
Text, product descriptions, page copy, and the layout and design of the site
The Kickoff Cove name and logo

Buying a product transfers ownership of that physical item only. It does not transfer ownership of the design, the Kickoff Cove name, or the site content.

Kickoff Cove is a store name used by Vinathletic LLC. This notice does not claim that the Kickoff Cove name or logo is a registered trademark. We do not use the ® symbol. We do not describe Kickoff Cove products as official, authentic, licensed, team-issued, or game-worn.

2. What you may and may not do

You may view the site for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you may share links to our product pages. Without our prior written permission, you may not:

Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or sell our designs, images, or text
Use our designs to make or sell products, including on print-on-demand platforms or marketplaces
Use the Kickoff Cove name or logo in a way that suggests a connection with us
Scrape or copy our product listings, images, or descriptions in bulk
Remove any copyright notice from our materials

3. Designs we sell

Kickoff Cove sells print-on-demand apparel, including t-shirts, V-neck tees, tank tops, hoodie and jogger sets, and mugs, printed with original sports-fan graphics after the order is placed. Items are new goods sold under the Kickoff Cove store name.

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit goods. We do not apply another company’s trademark or logo to a shirt in order to pass it off as that company’s product. Unless a product page expressly says that a specific design is licensed, Kickoff Cove products are not officially licensed, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by any professional, collegiate, or amateur team, league, conference, athlete, players association, venue, or sports governing body.

We do not use team names, team logos, league marks, mascots, player names, numbers, or likenesses, or official uniform designs as the product graphic. See the Authenticity & Licensing Statement.

4. Third-party names

Names of blank-garment suppliers, payment processors, and carriers may appear where needed to describe the product or the order. Those names belong to their owners. Using them to identify a blank shirt, a payment method, or a shipment does not mean those owners sponsor, endorse, or are affiliated with Kickoff Cove or Vinathletic LLC.

5. How to report a concern

Copyright: follow the DMCA Policy. Email support@kickoffcove.com with the subject line “DMCA notice” or “DMCA counter-notice,” and include the product URL. After a complete notice, we remove or disable the listing, usually within 2 business days.

Trademark or other right: email support@kickoffcove.com with the subject line “Trademark notice” and include your name, mailing address, phone number, and email; the right you claim; the kickoffcove.com URL; a short explanation; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and a statement that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We review each complete notice and, where appropriate, remove or disable the listing. Knowingly submitting a false claim may have legal consequences.

6. Repeat infringers

Vinathletic LLC may refuse or cancel listings and orders connected with more than one valid copyright or trademark notice.

7. Suggestions

If you email us an idea or design, do not send artwork you do not own or are not authorized to share. We do not accept unsolicited designs as a transfer of rights. We will not use a design you submit unless we agree to that use in writing.

We may update this notice. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.
